By using PresenceBD, you agree to our data processing terms and privacy policy. All attendance data is processed in compliance with Bangladesh data protection regulations.

1. Use of Service

PresenceBD is provided as a SaaS platform for workforce attendance tracking. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate your employees' rights.

2. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all attendance data collected through your tenant panel. We act only as a data processor.

3. Privacy

Employee biometric data (photos) are stored on ImgBB servers. GPS coordinates are stored in your cloud database. You are responsible for employee consent under applicable law.
